Jennah is an Insights Manager for various custom Energy/Utility-related studies and the Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement studies from Cogent Syndicated. She handles day-to-day operations of various tracking and customer satisfaction projects, questionnaire development, data analysis and storytelling. Jennah continues to represent Escalent on a multi-firm DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) project in tandem with the Insights Association’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) Council. The first phase of said project revolved around more inclusive methods for asking race/ethnicity demographic questions. Previously, Jennah held positions at Gongos, Inc., J.D. Power and the University of Michigan-Dearborn across different industries – consumer and retail, health, and financial services. She received a BBA in Marketing and BA in French Studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
