Our vision

Business ethics

Ensure Escalent’s business practices foster an inclusive and equitable environment for its employees, business partners and respondents. This includes engagement standards, engagement surveys, and diverse suppliers/vendors partnering with our Global Sourcing team.

Recruiting & mentoring

Develop programs, resources and initiatives that nurture, recruit, and promote diverse talent at all levels of the organization.

Interactive training & education

Provide interactive training and education that aims to create empathy and equity towards all. This includes Community Connection Partnering with our Community Action Team and culturally curated events.

Employee resource groups

Offer a safe environment for Escalent employees to discuss how they view DEI within Escalent, their personal communities and around the world.

Through word and deed, we strive to prove our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Escalent is an active participant in the Insights Association’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) Council and is a proud founding member of its IDEAtor Fellowship Program. Together, we are working to make Escalent and the broader insights and analytics industry a more diverse and inclusive place, and to foster successful careers by recruiting, retaining, mentoring, and promoting more diverse talent.

We are also a proud sponsor of Women in Research (WIRe) events. WIRe’s mission is to get more women into the C-Suite. Through its WIRexec leadership summit, Accelerate online training program, WIRe in Color meet ups, worldwide mentorship program, regional networking events and webinars, WIRe supports women at every career stage.
