Kea has 13 years of experience in marketing research with Qualitative research being the focus for the last 8 years. She plays a dual role as one of Escalent’s core moderators and a Senior Story Architect, which focuses on weaving the insights captured from research into compelling and visual deliverables. Throughout her career, she has prided herself on bringing the voice of the consumer to her clients - from secondary database mining, to primary quantitative surveys, to qualitative discussions, she has researched everything from concept vehicles to toilet cleaner. Oh, the stories she could tell if they weren’t confidential. A Riva Trained Moderator, she has conducted a wide range of interviews, both off and online (Webcam Focus Groups & Bulletin Boards).
