Eric joined Escalent in 2013 and is a vice president on the Insight Communities team with 25+ years of research experience. Since joining Escalent, he has led the organizational and operational efforts of all our Insight Community business. Escalent Insights Communities provide our clients with an ongoing asset that informs all stakeholders and builds a two-way relationship between your company and your customers, informing key business decisions. Eric’s previous work experience includes large team management, brand tracking study processes, quality control, website reporting with complex deliverables and experience across many methodologies. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
