Before joining Escalent, Tom held several positions at research supplier companies domestically and abroad. He is well-versed in all aspects of market research. He has broad experience in customer satisfaction, net promoter, brand tracking, feature prioritization, purchase decision journey, concept and message testing, segmentation and pricing research.
