What We Did

Escalent partnered with our client to gather employee feedback to better understand communication preferences and structural concerns, develop a collaborative change management strategy through workshop facilitation amongst the teams, build an improved communication plan, and identify and train a network of “Change Champions” within the business to provide ongoing support.
