Steff Robbins is an insights director at C Space, a business unit of Escalent, with over a decade of experience working as a strategist, creative problem solver and curious researcher. She is fascinated by what makes customers tick and believes in turning insight into action. Since joining C Space in 2016, she’s specialized in co-creation, experience design, positioning and has led projects across a range of industries including healthcare, CPG, transportation and financial services. Steff believes relationships are the source of results and strives to create environments that allow customers, teammates and stakeholders to think differently. Outside of work, Steff can be found adventuring outdoors, competing against friends in all New York Times games and listening to political podcasts.
