She's a seasoned user experience researcher with a passion for uncovering consumer insights and driving product innovations that elevate the customer experience. She is curious by nature, analytical, creative, energetic, and results driven. Her diverse industry experience enables her to translate complex research findings into actionable recommendations, humanizing products and services for clients.
