Insights Director, Consumer Goods & Retail
Kim is an insights director with the Consumer Goods & Retail practice at Escalent. She has spent much of her career doing brand research across the CPG, home, retail, and food space. She has worked on long established brands bringing consumers to life, identifying consumer decision drivers, uncovering consumer needs and aligning them to product benefits, and helping to identify market opportunities for brands. Kim uses a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and truly enjoys storytelling with data and finding creative ways to meet business needs for clients.
