Erin Smith

Erin is a director in the Technology and Telecommunications divisions of Escalent. She has over 20 years of experience in research, working as both an analyst and research manager. As the dedicated research director for Google at Escalent, she manages a wide range of research, ranging from quick-turn insights to complex, global, long-term tracking studies, and has extensive experience in both online as well as traditional phone-based studies. Prior to joining Escalent, Erin was the Manager of North America Research Operations at R. L. Polk & Co. where she led a team of 18 research analysts working on domestic and international research projects. Erin holds a bachelor's degree from State University of New York at New Paltz and is currently based in Cambridge, MA.
