Escalent is pleased to welcome two seasoned data analytics professionals to the firm, appointing Nancy Arter as a senior vice president in the Technology & Telecommunications divisions and Keir Lococo as a vice president in the Health division. The company made the announcement from its headquarters in Livonia, Mich.
“We are thrilled to have Nancy and Keir on the team,” said Melissa Sauter, CEO of Escalent. “Both bring extensive experience in their respective fields, as well as expert data analysis skills and a passion for client service. Their leadership will be critical as we continue to serve brands facing industry-wide disruption.”
Arter joins Escalent with more than 25 years of tech and telecom experience, most recently serving as senior vice president at HarrisX (acquired from Nielsen). She has built a reputation for forging close client relationships by uncovering specific research challenges and developing innovative and effective solutions to solve them. In her new role, she will use her leadership experience to nurture a number of the firm’s most important client relationships. Outside of Escalent, Arter is the newly elected chairperson of the Board at Pediatric Therapy Network, a sensory integration clinic focused on children of all abilities.
Lococo joins Escalent’s Health practice with decades of experience in data analytics and consultation, specializing in brand and customer experience. He has held leadership roles driving brand and customer experience initiatives throughout his career, including positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and GfK’s health and financial teams. In his new role as vice president, Lococo will lead efforts to expand Escalent’s service offering and client portfolio within the health insurer sector.
