Gaurav brings 25 years of cross-functional experience to his role as the global head of the Managed Services practice. He leads some of Escalent’s longest standing relationships with Fortune 100 enterprise clients, helping business leaders address strategic challenges around growth and customer engagement through actionable insights. As a trusted advisor and thought partner, he is passionate about helping clients scale complex operations and innovate for market leadership. Gaurav holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
