Senior Vice President
Gaurav brings more than 20 years of cross-functional experience to his role as senior vice president of the Technology group. He heads up the Customer Success practice that helps CS leaders address strategic challenges around growth, customer journey, and data-driven insights. As a trusted strategic advisor and management consultant, he is passionate about helping clients answer questions around operational scale and market leadership. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, managing relationships with some of Escalent's biggest tech clients across the US. Gaurav holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
