Associate Director, UX Research
Allison is an associate director of UX research at C Space, a business unit of Escalent. She's an experienced strategist with a passion for improving customers’ experiences and empowering user-centric decision making within organizations. She brings over a decade of consumer insights experience across industries, with a focus on the end-user. Allison is fueled by a desire to figure out why humans do the things they do and enjoys leading product innovations, building customer journeys and understanding what users need along the way.
