Senior Vice President, Consumer Goods & Retail
Steph is a senior vice president in the Consumer Goods & Retail practice at Escalent. She is a lifelong learner, endlessly curious, and gets energized by helping people improve their lives. Steph has worked in many different capacities over the last three decades of her career. From start-up research firms to managing global research teams for large corporations like Microsoft, she’s worked in dynamic environments with incredible people. Having spent most of her time in strategic planning and research roles, she has a passion for understanding people—listening to them about how they feel, what they think, and blending that with data about how they act. Steph also co-owns a yoga studio and wellness boutique with her husband in San Luis Obispo, on the Central Coast of California. Outside of work you’ll find her on her yoga mat, out in nature with her dog, Roxy, or cooking with her family.
