Adam Ickowicz is a Customer Success Manager in Escalent's Technology group. He began his career in tech at Thumbtack, first as a customer service specialist and then as one of the original Customer Success managers. Adam helped expand the Customer Success team while at Thumbtack by building out revenue-driving playbooks, email automations, phone scripts, and more. He then pivoted to sales, where he quickly established himself as one of the top performers, bringing in the most sales for the first half of 2019. Adam returned to Customer Success at the property management tech company, Belong. He helped establish their Customer Success team before joining Escalent, where he works with recognizable clients like Amazon, Cigna Healthcare, Hearst Communication, and The World Bank on ensuring higher customer retention rates and growth. Adam graduated with a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Utah and currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
